Creative Connections: A Free Workshop for Easton Park Residents

Everyone is creative. Some of us just need a little encouragement to find our way back to it.
Join your neighbors at The Union for Creative Connections, a free workshop designed to help you reconnect with the creative instinct we're all born with. No experience or artistic skill needed, just a willingness to play.
Here's how it works: The session opens with a short introduction and some gentle movement to loosen up and settle into the body. Then everyone grabs a pencil, focuses on an emotion (or clears the mind entirely), and starts scribbling. Some people even close their eyes and see what appears. From there, the scribbles get colored in, and abstract shapes begin to take form.

It's a simple practice with a surprisingly cathartic effect, and it's fun for all ages. Adults and kids are equally welcome.
